Every so often we receive e-mails from our customers telling us about their experience. We appreciate all of the feedback that we get, it is only by hearing from our customers that we are able to provide the experience that you desire. First of all I want to thank for always providing our family with such a fun experience and great memories. My daughter had her 3rd birthday at Amazone in February and the staff was wonderful and we all had a great time. We also have to praise your gluten free pizza! My daughter has coeliac disease and is very sensitive, she never develops any issues after eating at Amazone. Your staff is very careful about cross-contamination. We actually were just in on Friday night and the nice staff member was even able to provide the ingredient list for your cheese. It is so appreciated, I wish other places would follow your lead!

Today my kids and I visited Amazone for the first time. We had a great time! Everything was clean, the layout of the place and playground were both awesome, I was really impressed.
What I’m really writing to tell you is about a great customer service encounter we had with one of your employees. As we were ordering our food my daughter started to tell him that she was four. Instead of giving her a bored or annoyed look like a lot of guys his age would probably do he focused all of his attention on her and enthusiastically said, “What, really!?? You’re four? No way!” she then told him that she was ready to go to a big school and he said ‘Yeah, four is definitely big school material! That’s great!’ My daughter just beamed. Later on he helped us pick out prizes with our tickets and he was patient and kind. He treated everyone I saw him interact with respect and patience.
It doesn’t seem like much, but its so rare to find someone like that and I hope that you will tell him that he made our day. It’s employees like him that give a business a good reputation and it’s a skill that will help him wherever his career takes him.
We will definitely be back!
PS. While this employee made an impression on us, I want to let you know that ALL of the employees that we encountered today were great. Tell your team to keep of the good work!

I visited Amazone in Medina on last Saturday, March 17 and I was impressed.
First of all, the staff was great. They had infectious energy, they went out of their way to help, they provided me with suggestions and they were friendly. I was there with my three kids (ages 4, 7 and 9) and one young man, who was working the ticket counter, had impressive patience with them as they picked out their ticket prizes. The two ladies that worked the food counter were equally as patient and friendly. The young lady that brought out the pizzas told me about gluten free pizzas offered on the menu, giving my son a chance to actually EAT a pizza with other kids, which is something he never got to do before at a family entertainment place like that.
That deserves a separate mention in itself, so… THANK YOU for having gluten free pizza on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by that.
I liked the whole set-up and the playground and I basically had to talk my kids into leaving, even after being there for 3 HOURS.
We will definitely come back for more fun and I plan on referring the place to every family I know…
